RetainKit collects account information such as name, email address, organization, role, and authentication data to provide the service. We store Apple integration metadata and encrypted private keys when you connect App Store Connect or StoreKit credentials.

Runtime request logs are minimized by default. RetainKit stores operational fields such as app id, product id, environment, storefront, selected rule or offer, status, latency, and hashed transaction identifiers. We avoid storing raw Apple user payloads by default.

We use service providers including Cloudflare for hosting and infrastructure and Paddle for billing. Payment details are processed by Paddle and are not stored by RetainKit.

We use customer data to operate, secure, support, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting support.
