RetainKit subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable taxes, invoices, cancellations, and approved refunds.
Unless required by applicable law, transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Paddle may issue refunds on a discretionary basis, or where you exercise an applicable statutory withdrawal or refund right. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless Paddle or applicable law requires otherwise.
To request a refund, use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle transaction email, visit paddle.net, or contact support@retainkit.dev and we will help route your request to Paddle.
