RetainKit is operated by Suren Kocharian, trading as RetainKit. RetainKit provides hosted software for configuring Apple Retention Messaging workflows, runtime callbacks, promotional-offer responses, testing, and related operational tooling.

By creating an account or using RetainKit, you agree to use the service only for applications and App Store assets you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the accuracy of Apple credentials, StoreKit keys, messaging content, pricing, promotional offers, and runtime configuration you publish through the service.

Paid subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable taxes, invoices, subscription billing, and approved refunds. Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply to purchases made through Paddle checkout.

RetainKit may suspend access for abuse, security risk, non-payment, or activity that could harm the platform, Apple services, customers, or payment providers. Paid plans renew until cancelled. Subscription changes and cancellations are handled through the billing flow in the app or by contacting support.

The service is provided without warranties beyond those required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RetainKit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
